A score of SEAT franchises took part in a nationwide survey which allowed UK car dealerships to score their brand on everything from warrantee arrangements to marketing and investment return.
SEAT climbed to the top of the table with a highly impressive score of 90%, an improvement of 18 places on last years scores. This helped them to win the prize of most improved manufacturer.
It comes as no surprise that after these findings SEAT are in a bullish mood. Coupled with their best ever market share for a single month with a figure of 2.07%, sales of 21,228 for the year to date set another all time record.
James Baggott, who is the editor of Car Dealer magazine said:
“Let’s look at the cold hard facts, not only did SEAT win this year’s Car Dealer Power survey to be awarded the ‘Best manufacturer to represent’ title but it did so in style as the most improved maker, too. That really is something to be proud of.”
He went on to say;
“The Spanish firm has clearly listened to concerns from its dealer networks and tackled problem areas. Stock levels, bonuses and return on investments were all cited as problem areas within 2010. Now all three receive either ‘faultless’ or ‘excellent’ ratings.”
To summarise, this outstanding effort is playing a vital role with the expansion of the company. You can be sure the dealers are looking forward to an extremely lucrative future, providing SEAT with plenty to build upon to secure a better future for the drivers of Britain.
